MBBS · MPH · Residency Applicant 2026
"Medicine is not just science — it is the art of showing up fully for people at their most vulnerable."
Born and trained in Nigeria, I earned my MBBS and practiced clinically before pursuing a Master of Public Health in the United States — a journey that deepened my commitment to equitable, community-centered care. I bring a rare combination of hands-on clinical experience, population health expertise, and entrepreneurial drive.
As the founder and CEO of Maxona Healthcare Solutions, I have built systems that connect underserved patients with quality care — proof that I don't just treat disease, I design solutions. My work at Cognizant further sharpened my ability to navigate complex healthcare systems, from claims adjudication to quality analytics.
I am now ready to complete my training as a Family Medicine resident — to serve whole patients, whole families, and whole communities, wherever that need is greatest.
A trajectory from bedside medicine in Africa to healthcare systems leadership in the United States.
From medical school in Lagos to public health in the United States — every step has sharpened my purpose.
Hands-on clinical training and observation across leading US healthcare institutions.
Clinical depth meets public health breadth, backed by quantitative rigor.
My commitment to Family Medicine is rooted in a clear vision: to serve underserved communities, reduce health disparities, and build care models that reach patients wherever they are.
Whether you're a residency program director, a colleague, or a patient advocate — I'd love to hear from you.
